Broad exposure to Electrical & Power Engineering with Consultants & Contractors as Team Leader.
Scheme check of 1) EHV & HV GIS (380/132 or 110kV ABB, Hyundai, Toshiba, GE). 2) LV & MV Switch gear (480V, 4.16kV, 13.8kV, 33kV) 3) DCDB & ACDB.
Primary and Secondary CT injection of (380kV/132kV/ 33kV / 13.8kV) Substations.
Bus Bar, Line and Transformer Stability/sensitivity of 380/132/33/13.8kV Substation
CB Timing (EHV/HV/MV) and Earthing/Disconnector Switch Timing Test.
CT & VT, CRM (Contact Resistance Measurement), all types of MCBs, Auxiliary relays Testing.
End to End Test, Close Loop Test, Final trip Test of Substations.

Electrical Construction, Operation and Maintenance:
Preparation, Inspection & Review of Cable tray & Trench route for cable, Area Lighting, Cable Schedule.
Engineering and data review of vendor’s drawings and documentation
Erection supervision of the HT & LT switchboards & Transformers
Supervision of Unit Lighting installation and cable lying.
Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance, responding to breakdowns, diagnosing faults, managing budgets and maintaining statistical and financial records.
Maintenance and study, technical specifications for EHV switchgear equipment, auxiliary AC and DC supply, grounding and lightening system.
Maintenance of distribution HT lines, LV lines, proper load distribution and maintaining proper voltage regulation for consumers.
Review of entire control, Protection & Metering aspects of High voltage Substations.
Review Short circuit analysis, Fault level calculations with all types instrument transformer including Current Transformers and Potential Transformers calculations.
Review and approval of factory routine test reports. Witness of factory routine tests for critical equipment like circuit breakers, Power transformers, current transformers and all protection and control panels.
Operation and Maintenance of AC Distribution System.
Monitor quality control procedures during design and construction phases of the project. Responsibilities included checking and verifying that project work meets the specified codes and standard.
Supervisor/Sub-Engineer:
Supervise the design, construction, activities for their timely completion according to schedule. Issue instructions and implementation resource enhancement to meet the schedule mile stone dates.
Calibration and Testing of Meters (Ammeters, Voltmeters, Power Meters, Energy Meters and other Instruments).
Pulling and connecting cables with Generators, Motors, Transformers and Line Feeders.
Glanding and termination of cables between LCC and protection panels of GIS as per cable schedule.
Worked with ATS panels.
