• Creating Technical Offers as per scope requirements.
• Pricing, creating commercial bids and making comparison between different HVAC equipment costs.
• Conduct detailed cooling / heating Load calculation on Carrier HAP Program based on design criteria.
• Duct/Pipe (HVAC & Refrigeration) design and routing calculations. And its static/head calculations based ASHRAE Standards.
• Preparing design documents including HVAC/Refrigeration layout drawing and overall schematic system using AutoCAD. • Preparation of data sheets, specification and material requirement for HVAC/refrigeration systems Such as FAHU, Chillers, Exhaust fans, HVAC / refrigeration control panel, compressors, condensers, coolers, Evaporators, etc.
• Following up with sales engineers regarding Equipment selections.
• Liaising with consultants.
• Perform responsibilities of Managing the work at site with others civil, electrical and mechanical (plumbing &firefighting).
• Drainage and Water supply Design and sizing for residential building (4 floors).
• Heating load system design(radiators) for villa
• Take-out quantity (pipes, ducts...) from drawing.
• Managing plumbing, duct, and pipe construction works.
• pressure drop calculation.
My education at Beirut Arab University was distinguished by attending several technical training courses and working on special projects that really provided me with good hands-on in the fields of HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting. Moreover, I have been introduced to several well-known specialized software, such as AutoCAD, HAP, Autodesk REVIT and others. The list is concluded by the leading CFD software ANSYS, Fluent that I used extensively in my senior project entitled: “CFD Optimization of Jet Fans Positioning in a Car Park”.
