I am involved in on line Accounting soft-ware deployment like Quick Books, Zero Accounting etc. Despite this I am managing company corporate, Secretarial, Accounting and Auditing Compliance.
During my professional experience with the organization, I was involved in various tasks detailed below:
Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts, Cash flows, Budgeting, Equity requirement plans and Option analysis etc.
Preparation of Annual accounts and dealing with External Auditors by facilitating them to perform their audit successfully.
Monthly filing of Withholding statements and Sales tax returns.
To deal with banks including LC opening and retiring, and availing the financing facilities etc.
Software deployment and regular meeting with consultant to ensure smooth implementation of program.
To design Internal Controls for the organization and ensure that whether these controls are being operated effectively and efficiently.
To deal with clearing agents to clear the imported Machinery of almost 160 million Rs. and registered the company on weboc and Lahore Chamber of Commerce for import purpose.
Negotiation with Chinese on Incoterms, and arranged their visit in Pakistan for successful installation of plant.
To deal with Insurance companies, and made arrangements for Marine Insurance, Transit Insurance to minimize the risks in case any mishap.
Beside that I was engaged in various Administrative, Secretarial and HR Tasks.
As you will notice from the enclosed CV, I hold a MBA (Banking and Finance) from Lahore School of Economics, Bachelors in Arts (B.A) from University of the Punjab, Pakistan, and also a Chartered Accountant [Finalist] from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan.
