Provides technical directions for assigned tasks, and assigns work to engineers,
designers, drafters and sub-groups under his supervision.
Plan, schedule, conduct and/or coordinate the detailed phases of facility
engineering work.
Plan, coordinate and prepare equipment or work specifications, bid evaluation
and award recommendations for equipment and/or design work.
Coordinate engineering efforts in designated areas between specialists and other
engineering groups or departments, with suppliers and design contractors, and
among other groups in the technical planning department.
Take on a leadership role - when assigned - to other engineers or sub-groups to
complete specific tasks
Assisting in undertaking on-the-job training for appointed employees, and
providing data to evaluate their performance.
Review bid analysis and make recommendations
* Plan and Develop the Project Idea .
* Create and Lead The development Team and ensure that each employee knowing his tasks .
* Monitor Project Progress and Set Deadlines for all activity either paper work or site activity and submit all documents through aconex
* Review all electrical drawings and check the all changes and enhancements
* Check and make sure about the load estimation for the project by using the SCECO calculation.
* Solve Issues That Arise for the electrical department and set with department team to communicate.
* Manage the Money by reviewing the bill of quantity ( BOQ ) that submitted through the contractors
* Evaluate Project Performance by set a tracking file and keep it updated
* Set a weekly meeting with contractors to discuss all issues at site and evaluate the project progress.

Conduct Electrical Inspection as per approved Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES), Schedule Q Saudi Aramco Inspection Checklists (SAIC), SATIP, SATR, Quality plans and IFC Drawings.
• Performing internal inspections with contactor QCI before raising the Request for Inspection (RFI) in Quality management Information System (QMIS).
• Carry out planned Witness inspections, Surveillance inspections and Hold point inspections as per SATIP.
• Performed Visual Inspections for LV/MV Cable Pulling, Dressing, Identifications, Glanding and terminations for Power and Control cables as per Saudi Aramco Standards.
• Performed Inspections for Cable Continuity and Insulation Resistance Test, Torque Testing as per SATR with Approved means of Calibrated Test Equipments .
• Performing Precommissioning witness inspections for MV/LV Switchgears and control gears and Power Panels.
• Performing Inspections for electrical equipment grounding connection, grounding cable continuity and Insulation Resistance Test, Torque Testing as per SATR
• Performing Inspections for Winding Resistance Test and Insulation Resistance Test for electrical Motors.
• Initiated raising of Non-Conformity Reports (NCR’s) for any non-conformity that may arise in the field.
• Checking of installation practices and quality of installation, alignment, level and orientation of direct buried conduit installations and direct buried cable installations.
• Performed Quality Assurance/Control inspection on construction activities and monitor or witness their work on a daily basis.
• Reviewed project specifications/code requirements and their implementation on the field.
