Duty and Responsibilities:

1) Distributing the submittals to the relevant engineers or departments according to the instruction of the SRCM.
2) Maintain registers of all receipts and issues or submissions of documents and correspondence.
3) Register, log, distribute, track, issue, maintain and control office document.
4) Updating the various Project External and Internal NCR Log Register and also maintaining the Hard copy & Soft copy.
5) Coordinate all activities related to the Document Controller Procedure, including technical document. Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date.
6) Record of Material Submittals, Sample Submittals, Document of Civil, Progress Reports and etc.
7) Receiving, dispatching and filing of all technical and non-technical documents in and out of the office.
8) Speed-up documents preparation, creation to records, and information retrieval while maintaining the accuracy and traceability of each documents stage.
9) Full responsibility of the finished project documents and archive them separately in office store in a highly professional way, as it can be easily recovered in the future.
10) Maintaining RFI in and out log.
11) Attending meeting and preparing the MOM.
12) Maintaining the documents in electronic format.
13) Assure that all completed documents have been signed-off by the appropriate personnel.
14) Receives, tracks, and monitors documents using standard document management programs to register documents, maintain databases, and produce logs, RFI, transmittals and other reports as required.
15) Distribute project -related copies to internal teams.
16) Review and approve all documents for accuracy and completeness before release to Contractor.
