Position : Site Manager / PRC Coordinator

Summary of my Experience
Working in the PMT team as Site Manager then PRC coordinator during the construction of the project as per the approved scope of work and contract, accordance with all Saudi Aramco and PRC safety Standard and Specification in the approved design package.
My duties include:
 Build a systematic communication with the stake holders during all projects execution phases.
 Coordinate with all PRC departments; provide all logistics approvals and Technical supports that encounter in the field for safe and smooth execution of the project.
 Monitor the work permit in high risk activities and ensure that all qualified permit receiver are in area.
 Submit IDs. Material gate passes Vehicle stickers and equipment certificates for contractor, sub-contractors for PRC access.
 Held meeting and Prepare the project personations to PRC, government affairs, Five committee to get the Marine berth construction permit,
 Prepare and submit bill of materials Tech Evaluation, PO, Vendor Design to the owner needed to start the project.
 Implement the project as per plan and contract agreement with standard details and specification.
 Ensure that all design changes and modification were approved and funded prior to implementation and reflect all changes in the as built drawing on Cad original IFC master drawing.
 Regarding the status of materials, equipment and manpower needed in the implementation of the work.
 Always inform the owner and the client regarding the eventualities that may encounter in the field.
 Initiate change order and expedite approval prior to work implementation Execution, Inspection, Walk Through, MC, Commission and MCC
 Document all project events and maintain project documented.

During my project construction phase, I handled the following construction projects:
 Common Pipe Way, Main Substations, Flares, Cooling Towers, Marine and new Berth construction, Fire Water Network, Additional Tanks & Pumps in existing area, Sea water intake, CCR3, Interconnecting Power & Control Cables
