Handle all the Administration work with full Ownership.
• Schedule/Attend Meetings and collect Minutes of the Meeting and distribute accordingly.
• Manage office day to day requirements, office supplies and equipment’s.
• Draft various emails/letters and memo’s to customers and other departments in the organization.
• Handle Business Travel arrangements.
• Create Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Dept. Reports.
• Prepare weekly/Monthly Minutes of Meeting for CEO office updating about the projects.
• Ensure necessary departmental files and records are maintained accurately and securely.
• Handle Library system with the full ownership.
• Handle Business Plans, Dept. Budget Plan, Team Leave Plans.
• Facilitate employee Job Description’s, Key Performance Indicators and Appraisals.
• Conduct Orientation programs & Coordinate Employee’s trainings and workshops.
• Prepare Request for payments, Petty cash, CAPEX and OPEX.
• Raise the Purchase Orders for the payments.
• Handle Summer Trainees attendance, Training Programs and reports.
• Handle Oracle HRMS (Employee Relations), Procurement, ECM (Document Management, CPMO (Projects Management) and Business Objects systems.

• Provide excellent customer service with reference to inquires routing/tracking and complaints. Recommend changes to the system and processes, if required.
• Handling Mobile Sim cards problems e.g.: Subscriptions, faulty sim cards, blocking sim cards, Reconnecting sim cards and different services faults in sim.
• Handle MMS, MNET-GPRS, and Internet Data Sim services.
• Checking the billing details and opening and closing the accounts details of Landline numbers, GSM sim cards and Internet lines.
• Process Landline Faults e.g.: making complains in system and forwarding to the technicians department as well as checking their response
• Logging all incoming calls and inquiries in to the system for further action.
• Process International directory inquiry for International Codes.
• Support on International and GMT timing inquiries.
• Handle International Call charges.
• Communicating for New Landline subscription and connection.
• Train new employees all the Etisalat services.
