Align with Bateel headquarter in Dubai
Serve as a consultant for customers by helping them make the right selections.
Stock shelves and return merchandise to its proper location.
Train new sales personnel.
Take inventory and place orders for new merchandise.
Assist the General Manager in completing administrative tasks on a daily basis.
Assist the General Manager in completing & sending some commercial correspondences.
Answer General Manager Phone “If he’s not available “and answer departmental phone lines.
Responsible for maintaining the General Manager’s schedule and organizing calendars.
Schedule departmental and business meetings and arrange for conference rooms in this concern.
Attend important business meetings and greet the guests, customers in a courteous, professional manner and answer basic questions about the nature of the business and provide general company information.
Filing documents, maintaining employee records, and organizing office supplies.
Serve as a consultant for customers by helping them make the right selections.
Run the cash register, credit cards in finalizing sales and make accurate cash transactions.
Stock shelves and return merchandise to its proper location.
