- Coordinate and monitor the inter-company finished goods transaction between different business units.
- Responsible for communicating the Inter Company Transaction KPI’s to BU’s and supply chain executives.
- Handle the process of PO’s creation and follow up.
- Update ICT status sheet with PO’s status and calculate the related KPI’s (fulfillment rate and on time delivery) and provide the evaluation report on quarterly basis.
- Participates in the implementation of supply chain departments’ strategies and operational plans.
- Participate in the projects related to supply chain to improve performance and cut cost.
- Analyses the past performance and provide required critical data/information to the own department manager for preparation of contingency plans.
-Create and implement harmonized initiatives for global material planning, procurement and inventory management.
-Work with the other areas of operations management to develop and implement strategic and operating plans and work with local and international contract manufacturer and logistics teams to ensure the consistent delivery of finished goods to meet the forecasted product requirements.

-Create integrated processes among Operations, Purchasing, Logistics, and outside suppliers to execute the planning/replenishment process.

- Working on ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system to enter actual man-hours and compare it with estimated man-hours to reduce labor cost.
- Working on iScala Epicor ERP System as Material Production Control MPC
- Working on Material Requirement Planning MRP and scheduling and ordering the needed raw material based on the Sales Department Orders Expectations in addition to the Master Production Schedule MPS.
- Preparing the Monthly and yearly Budget that shows all the on-hand and upcoming orders in addition to the WIP and Sold Orders as Quantity and JD amount.
- Working on Choosing an ERP System Project and Gap Analysis.
- Making Cost Studies and pricing requests to price the new and current products (items) taking into consideration minimizing the cost to the customer.
