• Specialising in the development of technical and vocational training as well as manpower resource and localisation solutions
• Lead a team of 18 L&D staff (6 direct reports) to satisfy approximately 5000 training development requirements per year
• Managing over 1700 assessment and development centres, providing HR solutions across the Middle East in both Arabic and English and across all staffing and managerial levels for selection and/or development assessment centres
• liaising with internal and external stakeholders to provide an efficient service, in line with the delivery of the KPIs
• Managed more than 40 external providers/suppliers delivering HR and L&D service
• Collated and compiled reports for all delivery issues required by the contract (Including budget, manpower, resource and facilities)
• Overseeing company assessment and development centres, ensuring new and current staff receive continuous and up-to-the-minute industry training and support
• Designing forward-thinking ability tests and collating results for accurate reports and presentations, including the design and implementation of ability tests that have been utilised by the Royal Saudi Air Force
• Development and maintenance of recruitment & selection processes as well as a talent pool
• Recruiting and managing new staff, from competency based interviews, to specifically designed in-house induction and training programmes
• Ensuring the availability of quality and highly trained staff to an extensive and diverse client base, ensuring a bespoke and tailored experience for each individual project
• Managing company talent and suggesting promotions or further support and training where necessary
• Running short courses, and internal and external seminars, leading through motivation and inspiration
• Liaising with staff and senior members at all levels, displaying excellent communication skills
• Adhering to strict company protocol and confidentiality of all staff when handling personal or sensitive records
• HR and Testing Consultant for company’s on-going development and training, including:
- Providing established personnel assistance in identifying, evaluating and resolving HR relations and work performance issues
- Evaluating HR and work related problems with supervisors and senior team member to determine effective solutions
