Production Planning & Optimization:
* Develop and implement a preventive maintenance strategy aligned with the monthly production plan.
* This includes planning and scheduling maintenance activities, monitoring their execution, and updating plans based on actual performance.
* Analyze completed maintenance activities to identify process improvements and ensure ongoing efficiency.
Performance Management & Cost Control:
* Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the maintenance strategy, such as spare part costs and delay percentages.
* Manage daily material resource planning (MRP) needs.
* Oversee non-stock items, including creating new materials, identifying obsolete items, and managing their replacement.
* Source and procure necessary materials from suppliers and vendors as needed.
* Coordinate with HR for Hiring Mechanical staff and conduct candidates technical interviews
Team Leadership & Improvement:
* Lead the maintenance team to ensure a successful preventive maintenance plan.
* Generate cost reports for the maintenance department to track performance against budget.
* Collaborate with the finance department to secure capital expenditure (Capex) for essential goods and services.
* Lead the maintenance team in External and Internal Audits for ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 & 45001:2018 QHSE Management Systems

Duties and responsibilities
- Reviews all uncompleted work and identifies priority work and equipment.
-  Identifies tasks required for the job.
-  identifies manpower and materials required.
-  Determines stock item and non-stock item material requirements.
- Places orders for non-stock items and materials.
-  prepares equipment specific documentation like manuals, certificates and data sheets
- calculate estimated cost and estimated time for the work.
- control and monitor the spare parts consumption
- schedules the jobs for the following week to match available of manpower.
- Confirm next week’s Maintenance Schedule with Production at weekly meeting.
- Follow-up any non-stock items for next week’s jobs.

- coordinates with logistics to transport the finish products to the clinets
- coordinates with QC to ensure the quality is met as per standards and clients requirements

-  Evaluate and revise changes as necessary
-  Ensure that all relevant safety, quality and environmental procedures, instructions are followed by my team
-  Any other related request or work task as assigned by my manager or other senior management
