Acting as Client’s Representative: Managing of 6 MEP engineers, checking their work and providing guidance; monitoring and supervising the works of Main and sub-contractors (UCC/Elegancia, AGME, Regency Pools, SKY Creative, etc) - tours, meetings, mailing, reports, coordination, etc. according to MEP scope of works; preparation of Client’s requirements for bids; review and verification of the submitted MEP documents (Bid offers, PQs, Procedures, MARs, MSs, official letters, schedules, as-build & shop drawings, reports, etc.); verification of the quality documents (RFSIs, MIRs, NCRs, etc.); checking and verification of the financial documents (Payment requests, quotations; etc.); coordination with other disciplines of the project; coordinating and supervising the work of facility maintenance sub-contractor (Shelter) for carrying out day to day operations of facility; review and verification of the preventive maintenance schedules for maintenance and critical spare parts list; following up for timely availability of spare parts and materials; liaising with the Client for any additional requirements and making sure that Client’s requirements are met in timely manner; reports to the Client preparation; different kinds and levels meetings attendance and conducting; resolving miscl. construction related issues; following-up the safe working conditions; correspondences, etc.
Responsible for: Design documents (Design criteria, Design Schedule, Demolition Plan, Concept design, Specification, Design drawings, calculations & reports, etc.) review and verification according to MEP scope of works; checking and selection the MEP engineers by the request of HR Department (CV review, interview conducting, salary & working conditions negotiations, etc.); managing of 4 MEP engineers and 12 MEP labors (AAE), checking their work and providing guidance; installation of MEP equipment and maintenance works in site office/working area; monitoring and supervising the works of MEP sub-contractors (BOJAMHOOR Mechanical & Electrical Co, Microtech Technologies) - tours, meetings, mailing, reports, etc.; interfacing and coordination with the stakeholders (presentations, tours, meetings, mailing, reports, etc.); review and verification of the submitted MEP documents (MARs, MSs, official letters, As-build & Shop drawings, reports, etc.); verification of the quality documents (IRs, MIRs, NCRs, etc.); checking and verification of the financial documents (Payment requests, etc.); review and verification of the contractual documents (LOIs, LOAs, Contracts, BOQ) according to MEP scope of works; preparing, submitting & following of PTW (permit to work) including Risk Assessment; reports to the TOP Management preparation; different kinds and levels meetings attendance and conducting; resolving miscl. construction related issues; following-up the safe working conditions; correspondences, etc.
Responsible for: Project’s documents (Planning package, Project quality plan, Project HSE plan, Project logistic plan, Risk register, Document register, etc.) review and verification according to MEP scope of works; MEP sub-contractors selection (pre-qualifications technical review, current and completed projects checking, site visits, negotiations, evaluation reports, etc.); checking and selection the MEP engineers by the request of HR Department (CV review, interview conducting, salary & working conditions negotiations, etc.); managing of 12 MEP engineers, checking their work and providing guidance; monitoring and supervising the works of MEP sub-contractors (TRAGS Engineering, Black Arrow & Cyviz) - tours, meetings, mailing, reports, etc.; interfacing and coordination with the major stakeholders (all levels of presentations, tours, meetings, mailing, reports, etc.); review and verification of the submitted MEP documents (MARs, MSs, ITPs, Procedures, RFIs, official letters, As-build & Shop drawings, reports, etc.); verification of the quality documents (IRs, MIRs, NCRs, etc.); checking and verification of the financial documents (Payment requests, etc.); review and verification of the contractual documents (LOIs, LOAs, Contracts) according to MEP scope of works; reports to the TOP Management preparation; different kinds and levels meetings attendance; resolving miscl. construction related issues; following-up the safe working conditions; correspondences, etc.
Acting as Client’s (Qatar Rail) Representative: Managing 3 MEP engineers, checking their work and providing guidance; supervising the MEP works and coordination with the major stakeholders (tours, inspections attendance, meetings, mailing, reports, etc.); checking and verifying the submitted project documentation (MARs, ITPs, MESs, Procedures, official letters, As-build & Shop drawings, weekly reports, etc.); verifying and issuing the quality documents (IREs, MIRs, IRNs, SVRs, NCRs, etc.); checking and verifying the financial documents (Certificates of achievement, etc.); reporting: DORs, WRs & MRs preparation; weekly progress & other meetings attendance; resolving miscl. construction related technical issues; following-up the safe working conditions; correspondences, etc.
Responsible for the performance of the MEP Team regarding profitability, Cost Control, Quality, Efficiency and Client Satisfaction; managing 11 engineers and 420 supervisors, foremen and labors, checking their work and providing guidance; coordination the MEP works with the major stakeholders (meetings, mailing, reports, etc.), other departments of the company, Head Office (SA); conducting and verifying the preparation of the project documentation (RFIs, FCRs, ITPs, MESs, Procedures, official letters, clearences, As-build & Shop drawings, etc.); following the status of SVRs and NCRs; preparation of the financial documents (Variation Orders, Material Requests, etc.); following-up the material supply; following-up the site condition and works quality; following-up the safe working conditions; reporting: DRs & MRs preparation; meetings attendance; resolving miscl. construction related technical issues; correspondences, etc.
Responsible for the planning and executing of site activities according to the approved works schedule and shop drawings; selection, purchasing and checking of the project materials; supervising and coordinating the work of 7 engineers and 290 supervisors, foremen and labors; following-up the site condition and works quality; following-up the safe working conditions; coordination with main contractor, sub-contractors and consultants; site tours and meetings with main contractor and consultant’s attendance; following-up on the NCR closure, internal clearances (follow-up, database updates, coordination with main contractor and engineers) and QA/QC documents (WIRs, MIRs) preparation; works and materials inspections attendance; daily and weekly reporting, correspondences, etc.
Responsible for the HVAC equipment installation (AHU, FCU, CRAC Units, Pumps, Pipefitting, Ductfitting, etc), CWP and Duct insulation, testing (Air-test, Hydro-test, Gravity-test, etc), inspecting (Rough in, Flushing, Labeling, Visual, Cover up, QAN closing, etc), starting up and commissioning, coordination with other departments, planning and reporting (weakly progress report).
Responsible for an installation, supply and maintenance HVAC equipment (FCUs, AC Units, Exhaust Fans, Pipe lines, Ductworks, etc), pneumo-mechanical systems (HP compressors, filling station, HP receivers, etc) at working and support zones, supervising a team of technicians and labors, selection and purchasing of required spare parts and materials, collecting and analyzing statistics, planning and reporting.
Responsible for Execution of MEP Projects, included HVAC Systems & equipment (Chillers, Cooling Towers, Heat Exchangers, AHUs, Packaged Units, FCUs, AC Units, Pumps, Exhaust Fans, Boilers, Pipe lines, Ductworks, Radiators, etc), Plumbing & Drainage Systems, Fire-Fighting Systems, Providing Quality Operation & Maintenance for all Mechanical Facilities, Project Coordination and Supply, Managing of Projects Stuffs.
Responsible for Installation, Testing, Commissioning of HVAC Equipment, Electrical System, Ductworks & Piping System, etc.
