Actively involved in presentations, weekly meetings and submitting daily & weekly reports before deadline. Implementing new strategies and ideas within the department, taking initiative to ensure smooth operations of the organization.
• To maintain a symphony of support services that will enhance a traveler’s airport experience, Terminal Operations works in partnership with airlines, handling agents and other service providers in providing exceptional levels of customer service and ensuring the safety and security of all staff and users of the terminals.
