.Responsible for third-level support for all Server, Network and Security related issues.
Implementation and troubleshooting of AD DS environment, Creating GPO & Security policies, File Server system, Print
server system, User rights and management, DNS services, for all the client and in any new project
Troubleshooting all the mails related Issue, including the POP, SMTP and IMAP protocols, tracking complete mail flow
from origin to delivery.
Manage backup solutions for the clients on hardware and software level, which includes devices Synology, Buffalo, Qnap,
Storage servers, WD backup, on various software platform like Nova Backup, Symantec Backup, Windows backup
services, Cloud backup implementation Using Web services, Crash Plan Pro, etc.
Proper Scheduling of Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Annual and ODD/EVEN day backup depending on the severity of Clients
Data. Live Data backup of any Database software and Mails.
Participation in complete system builds, upgrades, migrations, code deployments and patch management.
Implement security policy on Gateway Level using Firewall policies, managing data flow between different subnets &
VLAN’s and Antivirus protection based on Policy forced from Antivirus server.
Maintain Connectivity between different sites on provided scenario, Like Connectivity between HO with Branch through
Site-to-site and Client to site method, using IPSEC and SLL VPN methods. Allowing data and VoIP traffic across the
tunnels.
Providing solution for Remote access of Web based and Database application through RDP and Web gateway or Through
ODBC connection & Session based connection with support of Software development team.
Maintaining and supporting to more than 100 Clients average of 25 Users, with all level of support including Mails,
backup network etc.
Administered change management related to server upgrades and software installation.
Preparing and maintaining documentation of technologies, standards and procedures.
Making Day to Day reports, Technical Documentation, Job Reports, Network diagram, Technical Analysis document etc.
Providing First and Second Level support to Clients, either remotely or physically visiting them.
Analyzed the hardware and software requirements of Active Directory.
Implemented and managed IP Addressing; configured TCP/IP addressing on a server.
