Work for Reckitt Benckiser on behalf of the Universal Engineering Services. Having following responsibilities

Managing and coordinate Electrical team performing Electrical and Design work.
Coordinate with Contactors/vendor related to the equipment maintenance and construction work.
Design and implement SOP’s for machine operation and maintain related document.
Assist to manager in planning & maintenance of machines.
Assist to manager in Electrical and Safety audits.
Responsible for scheduling of preventive maintenance regarding machine's safety and production's efficiency.
Manage all critical /general spare for the backup and maintain reports regarding machine's malfunctioning.
Responsible of loop check from the field side instruments to the PLC and Controllers.
Working on transmitter, sensors, motorized operated valve, solenoid valves and heaters.
Working on pneumatic controlling, valves and pumps.
Programming & Troubleshoot control related problems of Mitsubishi & Omron PLC.
Programming and able to install PUMA and DELTA CONTROL VFD’s
Troubleshoot & Repair Electronic cards of different machines.
Troubleshoot Electrical & control related problem of different machines.

Project

•Designing of new departments along with all electrical and civil work.
•Installation/commencing of new machines and setup of complete line for production.
•Updating of different machines to increase the 50% production of Dettol and Veet line

1) Programming and commencing of Honeywell DCS systems and also have an experience on PLC/SCADA system.

2) Installation & designing of Network using Server and Workstation. Also creating Redundant Server for different project.

Project 1: Tandlianwala Sugar Mill. Programming & Commissioning of Honeywell Experion Vista with HC900 Controller through SCADA system, Design Panel for Distillation Process & Automation of Distillery.

Project 2: Korangi Thermal Power Station. Commissioning of Honeywell Experion PKS R301 with C200 Redundant Controllers DCS system.
