-Execute resignations or leavers exit interview for corrective action plan
-Process employee benefits and final settlements as per UAE labour law.
- Educating staff policies and procedures which are linked to labour law.
-Processing staff branches resources requisitions.
-Taking approvals signatures direct from CEO in related to monetary requisitions
-Taking approvals and executing contract amendments of staff
-Involved in ISO revision of HR documentation
-Involved in creating and upgrading HR related forms and letters.
-Setting some important meetings with the BSM or CEO.
-Always meet priorities as per KPI.
