• Troubleshooting main problems in the network and preparing solutions, parameter changing
recommendation in order to improve radio network KPIs.
• Responsible for LTE KPI discussion on Drive Test KPIs and Performance.
• Single site verification and Cluster optimization of LTE Sites.
• Addressing problem areas to improve SINR and RSRP of the network.
• Drive Test logs analysis, post processing and giving recommendations for improving the cluster
performance.
• Perform cluster optimization, Troubleshoot 4G/3G/2G drop, HO fail, Setup fail poor quality and suggest
change to improve the KPIs. Suggesting changes to reduce the Interference.
• VIP route and VIP areas Optimization before launch.
• Performing neighbor audits for the UMTS & GSM network.
• Post processing of 4G/3G/2G Drive data on Actix & Genex Assistant for problem analysis (Coverage, Call
Drops and Call Setup Fails, Handover fail), Solutions and recommendation in terms of Azimuth, Power, Tilt
and Neighbor list updating
• Network redesign activity for traffic management and coverage issues.
• Daily worst cell analysis using iPRS (Huawei), DL & UL Quality & Average level of Non-decoded RACH and
taking corrective measures thus recommending solutions to the management.
• Involved in specific Inter-RAT HO parameter tuning, effectuated necessary thresholds for various HO
events, Time to Trigger, Specific Cell selection & re-selection tuning to avoid reselecting poor UMTS
coverage
• Frequency Planning for new Site using MAPINFO & Genex Naster.
• Prepare the report with the reason of network poor quality, coverage, handover failure, Dropped Call,
Block Call etc. And also prepare CDCR(Cell Data Change Request) for improve the Problematic cell’s
performance and submit to the Customer
Internal Progress reporting to the nominated line manager
Roll out KPI & overall T-site follow up. Co-ordinate with RNP & ANI team to resolve the issue for T-Discard & commercially on air .
After test on air every site KPI measured from NSPR data. Follow up major KPI criteria such as SDCCH drop, CSSR, CDR, HOSR out & in for each & every site.
Maintain KPI report tracker for each vendor.
Update ROC tracker & achieve milestone for each steps in ROC.
Coordinate with LSP for access network roll out.
