• Have been overseeing PKR 1.50B+ along with developing &launching new SME financing initiatives in this newly found enterprise by Karandaaz Pakistan ‑an NPO funded by Bill & Melinda Foundation and FCDO‑UK, aimed at increasing Access to Finance as well as Digitization of Pakistans economy.

• Collaborated with regulatory, legal & credit bureau stakeholders for compliance & alignment of company policies, during formative phase of startup NBFC.
• Collaborated in development of industry-first Credit Scorecard for SMEs with Karandaaz Pakistan as well as Psychometric Modelling under Challenge Fund for SMEs with State Bank of Pakistan.
• End‑to‑end development of major SBP initiatives namely PM Kamyab Jawan Youth Entrepreneurship Scheme and ʻSME Asaan Finance (SAAF) Scheme, with subsequent portfolio monitoring.
• New initiatives in collaboration with External SME Development Agencies (particularly Karandaaz Pakistan, SMEDA, Agha Khan Development Network (AKDN) & local Chambers of Commerce & Industry.
• Periodic Review/maintenance of SME Products, along with regulatory reporting & submissions w.r.t portfolio‑based Markup Subsidy & Refinance Claims, while engaging all internal/external stakeholders.
• Development & launch of new Product Programs under Gold‑Based & Agricultural Farm‑Credit.
• Responsible for SBP/Internal/External Audits & subsequent compliance.
• Monitoring NPL as well as P&L analysis of product programs.
• Handled a diverse portfolio of Corporate/Commercial entities exceeding PKR 3.00B pertaining to Food Chains, Pharmaceuticals, Fertilizers, Packaging & Steel sectors.
• Solicit new, deepening existing and reviving stale relationships, while surpassing budgeted revenue & volumetric targets in Advances, Deposits, Trade & Cross‑sell products.
