Develop, conduct and implement the company strategic marketing surveys
in line with the departmental targets, consolidating the survey results data
in daily and monthly reports.
§ Gather qualitative insights through the guest engagement at the boarding gates at Abu Dhabi Airport.
§ Responsible for maintaining quotas per flight sectors (of more than 90
destinations) and responsible of increasing the response rate.
§ Analysed and reported research results to management on a weekly,
monthly and quarterly basis
§ Cooperate and liaise closely with the airport operations, guest response
and guest services team to address, solve and report all guest related
issues
§ Conducting tours at Etihad Airways Innovation Center
§ Coordinated participation in various Marketing Research Events
§ Analysed data using both quantitative and qualitative methods improved
customer satisfaction survey process, increasing response rate by 3%
