• Monitoring, Controlling and coordination with client for below mentioned major running projects;
• Siemens based SACADA system of 13.8KV MV Network of DOKAAE Towers with M/s GEDAC in front of Haram Makkah. KSA
• Siemens based SACADA system for ZAMZAM Well#1, bottling, storage and purification plant with M/s SSEM in Haram Makkah, KSA
• Electromechanical Monitoring and Management System (EMMS) and Low Current System for Signaling &Telecommunication-100 NSR (2400 KM Railway line) Saudi Railway Project with Saudi Bin laden Group (SBG), Riyadh KSA.
• To ensure Quality Standard of services, meet targets before deadline
• Coordination with Customer, regular meetings and reporting.
• Coordination with Suppliers and internal technical support team.
-PROJECT SALES
• Responsibility for Siemens Large Drives sales through direct customer accounts for Project and Systems Business
• Managing the bidding process for Siemens Large Drives projects
• Analyzing customer requirements and determining technical feasibility
• Project categorization, planning and milestone definition
• Providing regular project updates to the customer
• Designing project risk assessment and risk mitigation strategies
• Working with Siemens legal team to assess potential claims on the project
• Managing and delivering all Large Drives projects within budget and to agreed timescales
• Ensuring that all Siemens Large Drives projects are compliant
• Selecting partners / contractors according to defined criteria, and monitoring their performance
• Managing, coaching, mentoring and motivating project managers and project teams
• Maintaining and presenting accurate and timely project reports

PROJECT SERVICES
• Monitoring and Control of projects and ensure the KPIs
• Prepare regular and timely progress reports, rolling up contractors cost reports and schedules into an overall integrated cost report and overall project schedule
• Detailing progress against plans and budgets, for circulation to project and asset management, project partners and stakeholders.
• Co-ordinate the provision of support logistics for the project team.
• Monitor and review the project controls element of contractor performance throughout the contract life-cycle; recommend corrective action where necessary
• Contribute to the knowledge base to assist in the development of best practice project controls and contribute to the central knowledge base to assist in the development of best practice project controls guidelines and procedures
• Develop a Potential Change and Variation Order Proposal Register; Maintain timely awareness on project cost and planning performance against budget and schedule; analyze Potential Changes; recommend corrective actions
• Execution of various projects of ITC and Look after the O&M of Diesel Generating sets, Air conditioning system, fire fighting system, Transformer, Switchgear and protection scheme
• To ensure Quality Standard of services, meet targets before deadline and ensure KPIs
• Coordination with Customer, regular meetings and reporting.
• Coordination with Commercial department, suppliers and field teams.
Look after the O&M of electrical distribution system of spinning unit including Switchgear, Induction Motors and control panels.
