-update the database for all patients
-make a report after each visit to the patient
-Submit necessary documents to the insurance company
-call patients to schedule a visit
- Managing Front Office operations,
-Ensure all guests have an exceptional experience and perform them the following tasks to the highest standards,
-Teaching new employees about front desk operation,
-Familiarity with computer system and other technical matters.
-Acting as substitute area manager and attending emergency guest related matters.
-Meeting and accommodating the guests.
-Attending calls and at the same time multi tasking.
-Preparing daily reports sufficiently.
-Solve general difficulties and problems in the hotel.
-Getting feedback from guests and attending their complains by contacting the concerned
departments.
-Acting as night auditor, calculating daily revenue and other accounting matters.
Progress: After 3 months of work raised to the night duty hotel manager.
-Talking to the guests and solve their issues during their stay period.
-Fill up reports and forward them to the concerned department.
-Check rooms and make sure they are in standard condition.
-Prepare VIP amenities and process the procedures.
-Attending social media \{trip advisor, booking.com, agoda...\} regarding the hotel reviews and
reading guest comments.
