This is one of the significant project for whole organization. As a Senior Resource working at offshore handling all the critical issues related to the production environment and played a key role for the single point of contact for the various issues. Being a senior resource guided and provide support for the entire team and few of the solutions provided to the team which gives a correct direction and avoided the escalations and achieved the client expectation.

Support Includes:

 As a part of Data Centre Administration worked with multiple teams to get the applications smoothly migrated from IBM to Dell data Center.
 Configured the applications and deployed on destination data center servers.
 Identified the causes for problems and fixed the issues pertaining while migrating the servers.
 Owned the critical issues like service account sync issues, application connectivity with Data base, application throwing errors, SSL initial configuration and load balancer, permission on ACL’s…etc.
 Introduced new tool (DebugDiag by MS) to the project, which identify the causes for the application issues and provide a root cause for the application outages. Which later helped the teams to the best practice for the teams for the other applications as well. Which was the out of the box solution for the project to catch the clients attention on the support capability prospective. Received Bronze Award for the same.
 Worked on the migration project for the windows 2003 to windows 2012 server. Closely worked with Windows build team and provide support to the issues/concerns raised by the team. Reported back anomalies to the team and get those resolved. Solely took responsibility few of the domain and SSL certification issues. Which helped in smoothly run of the migration.
 Deploying the content replication with the help of Microsoft release management server. Not only understanding the tool. But acquired sufficient knowledge on the tool to create the application deployment flow.
Disaster Recovery Project :

For Entire GBT project DR is another key piece which helps to the teams in supporting when there is a DR. I was the individual contributor for the project and attending the meetings and understanding the DR architecture and strategy and provide required inputs to the DR team for the successful build of this Project. Completed the first phase of DR with ibm I series support.

 IBM iSeries is the one of the legacy product which we have very minimal support available. Took up the few of the tasks and move forwarded with many barriers initially. And finally getting through it and provided successful solutions to the client. Which is completely out of the subject for the middleware components, But took up as a challenge which is not only inspiring and respect thing for me also for the entire team.
