Reconcile invoices and orders to ensure that they match
Process payments from customers
Generate reports on inventory levels and sales data
Communicate with customers and vendors about inventory issues
Track inventory levels to ensure that they are within acceptable limits
Maintain records of inventory transactions
Solve problems
Checking container medicine and food product .
Preparing and checking orders out going medicine and food products.
Assisting in checking w/h documents like receiving note, issue notes, sales returns etc.
Preparation of invoices, Delivery Notes, GRN, GRV and Dispatch Report.
Handling all kinds of records of Stores goods, receipts, issue and balance goods.
Planning of various recommended periodical operation and timely procurment of respective goods as per the recomanded list.
Well versed with sequence of breakdown and unscheduled maintenance to arrange or to procure & issue of right materials as per equipments at right time with safety awareness.
Knowledge of House -Keeping . Also keeping the ware-house area clean and tidy.
Inwards goods documentation, packing slip.
Picking documentation - picking list, dispatch instructions.
Outwards goods documentation such as consignment slip, delivery instructions.
Add up and record numbers of items when picking, despatching, and receiving or stocktaking.
Calculate how many boxes or inners of an item are needed to fill an order.
Perform calculations using a calculator e.g. add, subtract, multiply, divide, cubic metreage. calculation.
Apply knowledge of safety requirements/ principles to work practice.
Look up job records on computer systems.
Enter data onto computer system to record progress of goods movements, print off labels, close off job, send notifications.
Verifies goods loaded or unloaded against work order and schedules times of shipment and mode of transportation.
Records information, such as daily receipts, employee time, description of freight, and inspection results.
