My job description:
• As a Manager of Operations, headed Fiber Optical Cable installation projects, repairing labs, CCTV installation team.
• Install CCTV cameras with the joint venture of Punjab Police under CPO and World Call at all entrance points of Lahore City.
• Team Coordination for Survey of Proposed route design FOC Access and Junction Network.
• Work for the ROW Department to obtain Work permits.
• Directing the route survey teams to coordinate with ROW-concerned agencies.
• Preparation of Bill of Quantity (BOQ).
• Supervise the trenches, PVC duct laying and its termination, and construction of ONU bases and hand holes.
• Supervise the Lead in work for 96F, 48F, 8F and Power Cables.

World CALL Telecommunications Group is one of the leading telecom companies in Pakistan, engaged in multiple telecom, IT and entertainment projects including Payphones, Pre-Paid Calling Cards, Cable TV and Internet Services.
At World CALL, I was part of the core team responsible for sales, operation and customer support. The projects included the largest Payphones Network in Pakistan, CDMA based Wireless Payphone Service.
Initially starts from Technical support department then promoted as Area Coordinator and directly involved in sales of specific territory for about three years and in that stretch of time increase sales more than three times, after that giving me responsibility of Punjab Region Lab.
Specifically, my key responsibilities included;
• Handling Punjab Region Lab, responsible for providing support to all White label Operator, FSA, Walk-in customer and sales team.
• Corporate sales to HBL, Borjan, Gourmet and many more.
