Preparation of all production reports (daily, weekly and ad-hoc) in an accurate and timely manner
•Ensure that monthly hydrocarbon accounting statements are prepared accurately, effectively and according to agreed schedules.
•Ensure that routine balancing reconciliation of production across the remit of the Shah plant is carried out satisfactorily
•Ensure that product yields and quantities are monitored with performance deviations analysed accordingly
•Coordinate with Production planning engineers to initiates investigation for deviation and determine corrective courses of actions
•Participate in the preparation of the Company’s annual production budget according to the Operations guidelines
•Prepare technical input for the Plant Mass Balance as necessary
•Perform daily production and stock calculations
•Provide opportunities for training and development of employees (with emphasis on UAE Nationals) and assess their progress
•Support development of future production reporting and hydrocarbon accounting system
Assisting in development of full planning, work management and analysis of Production and Maintenance activities, as part of the Operations Readiness and Assurance process
•Ensuring accuracy of Operational Readiness plan in conjunction with tracked and timely reporting;
•Responsible for QA/ QC reporting through the OR&A Dashboard
•Maintaining and updating all plans in readiness for monthly progress reporting
•Maintaining OR&A strategic planning documents and supporting charter sheets as required
•Maintaining close liaison with the various Planning Departments in AKCO/NCPOC linked with the department activities
•Assisting in developing integrated operations procedures and plans in preparation for mature operations
•Ensuring review of all departmental short-term critical tasks.
Complying with the legislation of the ROK in IT field
•Defining and implementing general IT strategy to meet the requirements of company's business objects
•IT budget development and control of performance (OPEX, CAPEX)
•Development of the technical specification for implementing various information systems
•Selection of the IT solutions given the optimal combination of user requirements, business processes and cost
•Managing the IT project activities
•Relationship management with IT suppliers
•Managing the implementation of IT infrastructure
•Selection and hiring of IT personnel
•Planning of IT resources (Capacity management)
•Providing non-stop function of IT systems (taking into account the business requirements)
