 Ensuring that customers’ requirements are met and exceeded in all transactions.
 Interacting with customers.
 Attending customer requirement and complains.
 Familiar with electronic parts catalogue like ASA, CAPS.
 Negotiating, convincing and satisfying the customers.
 Making targets and effects for accessories sales an extra income for the part department.
 Preparing mechanical and body shop repair estimate.
 Ordering coordinating and arranging parts with branches and from other dealers.
