 Maintain record as per SMS by following Saudi Aramco G.I’s
 Review of Safety Audit & Inspection Reports and coordinate with maintenance to close them timely.

 Conduct safety training, orientation, craft-base training, vehicle safety to drivers, Tool box talks etc.
 Carry out camp inspection & follow-up the findings to close them
 Conducting and Leading Safety Meetings and also follow up the MOM.
 Track employee HSE performance, conduct Pre job assurance reviews with crews.
 Support and undertake Incident Investigation and Auditing Strategies to ensure SSW.

•Maintain and update health and safety management as per ISO-9001 (QMS) and food safety management system (ISO-22000) along with local Saudi rules & regulations.
•Issue work permits (hot and general work) to the contractors and enforce site safety roles as per company policy.
•Coordinate with project department to rollout safety related issues of contractors & subcontractors such interpret contractor’s safety policy, examine fire protection system, kick off meetings, and work method statements.
•Monitor the job safety analysis of maintenance department and contractors activities, enforce them safe system of work according to the safety observations.
•Collect the identified hazards record at site, maintain weekly hazard tracker sheet, report to concern department and follow up until rectified.
•Arrange monthly HSE meeting to the safety committee and along with line managers meetings separately to discuss safety issues.

•Daily update LTA statistics and weekly HSE updates keep posted over health & safety boards at various locations in the company.
• Weekly inspection of fire protection system such as testing of fire alarm & fire pumps, fire hose reels, fire hydrants.
•Quarterly inspection of sprinkler system, auto foam sprinkler fire extinguishers, emergency showers, eye wash stands, shoes washing baths, fire exit doors, rescue stretchers, first aid box, heat & smoke detectors, gas detectors etc.
•Carryout regular safety checks of machineries, activities, throughout the company and report to the line manager.
•Carryout quarterly safety audits at factory, head offices and accommodation by using standard checklist for ISO compliance.

 Develop & implement HSE documents i.e Bridging document & HSE Plan in accordance with national laws & clients safety procedures.
 Attend the project kick-off meeting and other safety meeting with client for safety related issues.
 Improve Safety Culture & leadership by optimizing HSE organization & competency.
 Develop training matrix for Employee; deliver those training & record in each employee history as per client requirement including training sessions for managers and frontline employees.
 Arrange 3rd party for equipment certification & employees training
 Enforce safe working practices and ensure lost time incidents are kept to a minimum.
 • Ensure routine health and safety activities and checks are carried out, e.g. site inspection, and the review of JSA & risk assessments.
 • Carry out regular audits and monitor safety performance to identify areas for improvement, and ensure that appropriate corrective or preventative actions are taken, including follow-up reviews.

Develop, maintain and update Health and Safety management systems (HSMS) including policies, procedures, standards and practices including those for waste management as per company guidelines under ISO-18001 and ISO-14001.

Responsible for ensuring those employees are wearing and using the proper and appropriate PPE personal protective equipments at all times such and report to concerned monthly.
