Conduct market surveys to determine market size & company market share
Ensure hiring of team in collaboration with HR following HRIS system
Ensure induction of franchises in the area as per business need.
Ensure to deploy BMDs strategically & its utilization
Ensure Franchise channel & its profitability management
Ensure to engage team & channel on selling all brands/ portfolio
Ensure retail footprint expansion & sufficient float/balance of Financial services/Uload
Ensure to set regional & territory wise targets in alignment with regional sales Head
Ensure effective RSO routing to ensure distributor ROI/profitability
Ensure Market visits to monitor distribution effectiveness
Ensure compliance of PTA SOPs at franchise & retail outlets
Ensure effective utilization of Trade marketing budget in collaboration with TME
Ensure stock inventory/float at distribution/Franchise & retail market.

development and implementation of all marketing programs and strategic sales
activities. Also in command of ensuring that the companies and its customer goals are
