 Pursuing the Contractual Dispute Resolution Processes up to Arbitration proceedings,

Exposure to ICC International Commercial Arbitration:-
Hands-on, face-off, on-track exposure to ICC International Arbitration Proceedings (under confidentiality clause) before a three-member Arbitral Tribunal with its Seat of Arbitration at Paris - France. Participated in the Expert’s Preliminary & Supplementary visits in Doha-Qatar, as well as the Arbitral Tribunal’s main hearing held in Paris-France and Supplementary hearing at Beirut-Lebanon. Observed, recorded and rendered on-the-spot assistance and advice to the members of the Claimant’s defence Team.
