• Manage all Facilities and MEP works in Al Dhaid Hospital and 6 (six) other Clinics with accommodations in Sharjah under Ministry of Health (MOH).
• Manage and handles all facilities, operation and maintenance works for MEP such as BMS, HVAC System, Refrigeration System, Sewage treatment plant, Domestic Water System, Fire fighting system, LPG System, Electrical Lightings and Equipments, Generators, Transformers, MDB’s, SMDB’s, MCC’s, FDB’s, UPS, General Alarm system, PA Systems, Air Curtains, Automatic Sliding and Magnetic Doors, etc.
• Supervise and coordinates with all MEP contractors such as Honeywell, Caterpillar, Ducto Tennant, Culligan, OTIS, BMTS, Krockner Moeller, etc.
• Creates Utility Management Plans, Maintenance Plans and Scheduled PPM for all Trades according to JCI and ISO standards
• Provides technical documents as a concept of operation and guidance for all operation and maintenance activities
• Perform walk through inspection for testing, commissioning or snag list with MOH consultant.
• Provides effective solutions for troubleshooting and technical problems for any equipment
• Improves technical of forms and reports for mechanical and electrical trades.
• Establishes and updates the standard operational procedure for the organization.
• Expands the range of resources such as market suppliers and subcontractors for both facilities and operational equipment.
• Handles financial project site budget effectively.
• Creates efficient mobilization for transportation and purchasing.
• Submits Annual, Quarterly, Monthly, Weekly and Daily reports on Operation and Preventive/Corrective Periodic Maintenance.
• Establishes a firm work description and related responsibility for staffs avoiding confusion towards work and building discipline individually
• Schedules and plans staff shifts and overtime including holidays and fridays work.
• Conducts Operation and Maintenance seminars as an introduction and familiarization of Operation and Maintenance to hospital staffs
• Conducts toolbox meeting with supervisors and technicians for daily maintenance progress and actual updates on site.
• Maintains good relationship and trustworthy work with MOH Consultants and Hospital Staffs
• Establishes a good and proper coordination with MOH Staffs, Biomedical Staffs, and Sanitary Staffs (NCE) for PPM works.
• Recommends obsolete equipment, spare parts and systems for upgrade Supports Ministry of Health (MOH) Staffs and Engineers for any additional MEP Designs and construction, facilities, civil and administrative works.
• Assist Doctors, Nurses and other Medical staffs in meeting the requirements of JCI standards for the Hospital and clinics.
• Handles, reviews, checks and inspects new and key account projects.
• Prepares tender by estimating and checking job costing, availability of resources, market base, necessary suppliers/subcontractors, and coordinating project team and other concerned parties.
• Checks and interprets design drawings and details subject to ISO Standard for piping, steel, mechanical, machining and electrical works (MEP).
• Responsible and expedite Design drawing submittals and quantity take offs to subcontractor.
• Monitors job operation up to completion of the project in accordance to engineering quality standards and especially to client’s satisfaction.
• Attain and submits work done reports, delivery note, balancing reports, quality reports, and other documents in the terms and condition or agreement of the project or contract.
• Delivers total safety and quality service.

• Handled Project for Drydock Vessel TI Africa/Asia worth to 720, 000AED project.
• Handled Project in Oman Fast ferry Project, MOTC worth to 3M AED.
• Maintained good business relationship with Dubai Port Authority, World Crane Services & other clients.
• Supervises and coordinates with 10 sub-contracting companies with approximately 100 staff each company ensuring progress are as scheduled.

• Coordinates with other trades regarding conflicts with Coordinated Service Drawings (CSD) and other related plans.
• Performs walk-thru inspection with the designers and client regarding site condition involving installations and testing of plumbing and sanitary works.
• Coordinates directly with MEPF designers and consultants for conflicts, revisions, and rerouting of installations of other trades (HVAC, Fire protection, Electrical, etc) according to actual site condition and discuss optional solution for approval of inspection.
• Familiarization with international standard such as NFPA, SMACNA, ASHRAE, CIBSE and other relevant engineering standards.
• Performs daily site activity report.
