• Manage and monitor all sub-contractor’s work for compliance to their contracts.
• Coordinate with the Client, Landlord's representative and consultants to obtain required approvals.
• Enforce health and safety guidelines related to interior fit out project management.
• Preparation of project weekly progress reports and updates .
• Coordination with design and estimation team.
• Assuring correct and precise documentation of materials, inspections and closure documentation.
• Prepares working detailed drawings (shop drawing & construction drawing)
• Analyse project bottleneck and taking immediate action.
• Coordinating with multiple suppliers and team members.
• Preparing project schedule.
• Preparing and reviewing method statements and work specific quality control plans. Ensuring materials received are in accordance with quantity and quality.
• Ensure quality of work is in compliance with contract requirements, good construction practice, only approved materials are used, compliance with shop drawings.
• Close supervision to ensure the project is coordinated between the FF&E information and all client /shop operations requirements are implemented.
Project: MALL OF QATAR
• Acts as the first point of contact for tenant service calls, requests and issues.
• Briefing meeting with new tenants on building policies and procedures of the Mall.
• Received and create solutions for design approval from Clients, Architects, Designers and MEP Engineers.
• Main point of contact to Base-build contractor & DMT (Design Management Team).
• Liaise with base-build contractor for logistics, deliveries, construction progress to units for handover and all statutory authorities.
• Introduce health & safety measures including method statements and risk assessments to fit-out contractors.
• Represent Mall's interests between the tenant, tenant contractors during all phases of design and construction.
• Ensure Mall's design criteria are implemented as intended.
• Monitor the design submission and review process and collaborate with Design Manager.
• Understand mall systems, existing and proposed, and how tenant will tie into them, including utilities, data transmission, etc.
• Lead the meetings with tenants, architects, & designers for site mobilization logistics.
• Coordinate the testing, commissioning and energizing of all tenant-related MEP services.
• Manage the complete project execution process to ensure completion of the job within specified time-frames, in an organized and cost effective manner.
• Develop and maintain the Project schedule and distribute information in a timely manner to ensure that full compliance to the contract.
• Prepare and coordinate all FF&E documentation required for Tender and Construction issues.
• Ensure quality of work is in compliance with contract requirements, good construction practice, only approved materials are used, compliance with shop drawings.
• Coordinates and maintain FF&E within the budget.
• Provide required information to the Design Coordinator to ensure design aspects can be managed.
• Check and submit for approval all material samples and specifications in accordance with the drawings and contract agreement.
• Manage and monitor all sub-contractor’s work for compliance to their contracts.
• Liaise with the commercial department and the Quantity surveyor on all variations and cost implications.
• Liaise with the procurement and production departments on all technical procurement issues.
• Preparation of Bill of Quantities to be submitted for tendering and work weight percentage report.

• Attend all designated meetings in-house, with the client or nominated representative, with sub-contractors, designers and on site.
• Implement and maintain a Occupational Health and Safety plan on site.
• Set up and maintain a well-structured site office and manage onsite Fit out Supervisors.
• Close supervision with the appointed FF&E or Fit-out contractor to ensure the project is coordinated between the FF&E information and the Contractors information.
• Reviews FF&E specifications for documentation and approval.
• Coordinates FF&E installation with all parties involved.
• Direct and manage project development from beginning till completion.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverable that support business goals in collaboration with senior management.
• Liaise with the Consultants, Contractors and Suppliers on the implementation of the projects.
• Review the project contracts and lessen the risks that are associated with the project.
• Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and track project milestones using appropriate tools.
• Develop and deliver BOQ, progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation.
• To ensure and coordinate the delivery of the imported equipment and furniture.
• Ensure highest quality on the works carried out by the contractors, fabricators and suppliers.
• Plan and execute the maintenance program for the outlets.
• Reviews sample, strike-offs, etc. for compliance with specifications and design intent.
• Directs and reviews furniture plans for content and accuracy and insures that they are fully coordinated with architectural, electrical, RCP & lighting plans and other consultants’ drawings.
• Liaise with the Architects, Consultants, Contractors and Suppliers on the implementation of the projects.
• Preparations of project drawings, Bill of quantities (BOQ) and work schedule.
• Sourcing of quotations from contractors, supplier and ensure that the Company receives the best price in terms of delivery, quality and service.
• Close supervision of works carried out by contractors and suppliers to ensure adherence to project schedule.
• To ensure and coordinate the delivery of the imported equipment and furniture.
• Resolve design site problems encountered during the construction period.
• Ensure highest quality on the works carried out by the contractors, fabricators and suppliers.
• Follow-up on the defective works and ensure timely rectification by contractors, fabricators and suppliers.
• Ensure proper documentation of the project, such as record correspondence, as-built drawings etc.
• Check progress claim submitted by the Contractors.
• Prepares working detailed drawings (Architectural, Structural & MEP drawing).
• Preparing Documents for Pre - Qualification, Bidding and Building Permits.
• Preparing Detailed & Cost Estimates (Bill of Quantities) of material for the project.
• Preparation of all construction schedules.
• Close supervision of works carried out by the in-house manpower team, sub-contractors & suppliers.
• Ensure proper documentation of the project, such as record correspondence, as-built drawings etc.
