Duties & Responsibilities: Document Controller - QA/Sales

 Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, test procedures, standards and commercial correspondence.
 Coordinate to with all departments of the company in order to assure that all documents are kept in the right place and in the right department file archive.
 Participate in Pre-Inspection Meeting with customer.
 Input document data into the standard registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date
 Ensure that all corporate documents are well checked and submitted on time prior to the documents submission due date. Effectively follow the company's standard operating procedures.
 Perform regular audit on corporate documents in order to ensure that all documents are properly submitted to other departments. Responsible for file validation.
 Scan and database the approved documents. Keep current hardcopies and file supersede version.
 Analyze customer’s comments and coordinate to QC & Sales Engineer to ensure corrections to customer comments are clear and comply with customers requirements.
 Monitor customers documentation to ensure that documents are orderly submitted to create assurance to customers that procedures are follow.
 Documents : Drawings, ISS, Specification, Accessory Sheets, Calculations, NMR 601/602 & 603, SPDP, MRB, IRB, FDR, SPIR, Test Procedures, Bill of Materials & Spare Parts List.
