Monitor the status of project development and compliance with the safety norms.
Identify the safety awareness program as per project basis for all employees.
To carry out site surveys and inspections to see that only safe work methods are in operation, and that health and safety requirements are being observed.
Supervise recording and analysis of information on injuries, damage and production loss.
Assess accident trends and review overall safety performance.
Determine cause of any accidental occurrence and recommend measures to prevent recurrences.
Perform a monthly safety audit reflecting field safety officer's performance of duties and site OH&S implementation, as well as assist the Head Office OH&S Department in conducting an annual OH&S audit.
Develop training modules for all employees at all levels.
Attend job progress meetings where safety is an item on the agenda and report on project safety performance.

Compile and submit all necessary HSE report both to client and company HSE department.
Prepare HSE plan, programs JSA and risk assessment and submit to client for review and approval of work authorization to commence the work.
Monitor implementation of developed plan and programs by conducting site audit to ensure compliance with company’s standard and client’s requirements.
Conduct random audit on sub-contractor’s management to identify any weakness in HSE compliance with client standards to have a continuous improvement in managing health and safety.
Manage and delegate HSE task to sub-contractors safety representative to ensure all HSE aspects are covered and monitored.
Prepare weekly and monthly HSE statistical reports for submittal to client HSE department.
Attend regular client-contractor HSE meeting to address observation and related HSE issues at site.
Investigate any near misses, incident occur to find the root cause to come up with corrective action that will ensure non- repetition of the same.
Plan site inspection together with the management and subcontractor representative to identify areas of improvement (Tools and equipments, man power action and site condition.)
Develop training modules and conduct training to employees to enhance and improve their commitment in to health and safety.
Prepare HSE management overview report and submit to general manager on monthly basis.
Maintain all HSE documents and report for audit purposes by the client on monthly basis.
