Oversee Integrated Management System (IMS) and ensure compliance of Port management and operations services with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. Lead SQAS audit by Llyods auditors and deployed SQAS system to assess the quality and safety systems of company’s logistics in a uniform and harmonized way. Conduct internal process audits and external audits through coordination of DNV & BV auditors to identify gaps in business processes as well as develop and execute action plan for improvement. Update QHSE processes and procedures as well as Gulftainer quality documents. Formulated SOPs and delivered to the relevant staff to promote standardised operations across departments.

• Achieved Fleet and RoSPA Safety award from RoSPA, scotland, UK by delivering seamless quality, health, safety, and environment management services.
• Successfully implemented ISO 45001:2018 OHSMS in Gulftainer, across UAE sites and attained IMS recertification
Implemented and updated quality dashboards for effective monitoring of business processes and delivered overall quality and MIS reports to the senior management team. Formulated workshop of the TSM BP Kodawari and managed business operations as a part of Kaizen projects administration.
