 Supervise a team of Cleaners. Ensuring they know their duties and carry out their work in accordance with County and/or local procedures and practices and Health & Safety Regulations to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.
 Check the work carried out by the staff and provide a comprehensive cleaning service to ensure high cleanliness standard of Serco and RTA at all times.
 Time to time checking of assigned station or train.
 Report to Facilities Manager on work progress and issues on a daily basis.
 Compile daily inspection checklist to monitor standard of work and completion to the schedule,
 Coordinate with other teams ensuring satisfactory completion of all work and completion to the schedule.
 Flexibility to work on shift patterns as and when required.
 String customer services focus
 Comply with Health & Safety, Fire Regulations and other County policies.
