•Handle company checking accounts and monitor bank balance upon released payment to suppliers for any outstanding issues
•Preparing monthly sales turn-over if requested from the management to monitor the fluctuation of the business.
• Reconciling the processed work by verifying entries and comparing reports to balances.
•Pass journal entry or other adjusting entries for particular travel agency's ledger if necessary (like paid cash on bouncing check or adjustment for bad debts and etc.) done at year-end report.
•Monitor the excess baggage revenue at the Dubai airport office and take report weekly from concern staff at the airport office.
