• Fund flow planning and follow up on debtors and operating and financial lease flows internally and for externally with Corporates for Banking & Financial support for working capital and expansion projects.
• Participate in price positioning and sign off final prices by channels and levels and follow up to liquidate aged stock
• Leveraging technology through the automation of activities and maximum utilization of SAP for timely delivery and wider scope.
• Coordinating with Divisional Heads and General Managers for monthly reviews and with GL owners, Accountants and Accounting Managers (AR, AP & Head Office Finance Team) for complete Financial Accounting and balance sheet reviews.
• Finalizing and Managing the Statutory Audits for all operating companies as per the SOCPA for local and IFRS for Oman
• Assessing the strength of the existing Internal Controls through Internal Audits and recommending new controls to reduce internal audit points and ensure stringent controls and responding to internal audit reports for points closure.
• Recruitment, Training, Annual Appraisals of performance of staff in alignment with their KPIs and supporting them in career progression through mutually agreed internal training and development programs and coaching.
