Wa'ed is a fully owned Aramco subsidiary focused on supporting SME sector in the Kingdom by providing non-collateralized loans, end-to-end support and direct equity investments.

• Supporting entrepreneurs in developing sound business plans in order to get funding
• Evaluating and recommending business plans/proposal for due diligence
• Participating in due diligence activities
• Participating in preparation of funding/investing recommendations
• Participating in developing Wa'ed organization and strategy with external consultants (Bain)
• Supported development of Wa'ed PR strategy and planning of events/media campaigns

• Supporting Investment decision for equity and debt financing and venture capital.
