• Records Analysis & Error Identification-Procedures, identified, and helped resolve several large discrepancies in petty cash, receivables and payables, all favorable to the company.
• Develop new forms to eliminate problems on liquidation of all branch petty cash.
• Reconciles records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors or customers.
• Prepare and record Journal Ledger for monthly Petty Cash expense transactions.
• Assist external auditor on annual audit.
• Facilitate LC and LG transaction for the company in the bank for domestic and imported purchases of materials.
• Working knowledge on AR, AP & fixed assets modules
• Facilitate in achieving monthly closing as per the deadlines

• Create the Chart of accounts for the Est.
• Monitors and records financial transactions according to the company policies and procedures.
• Verifying the accuracy of invoice and other accounting documents or records.
• Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable) Enters data into computer system using defined computer program .
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations
• Performs month end accounting activities such as accruals, reconciliation, checking and updating journal vouchers, system sub modules and general ledger module.
• Summarizes financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements
• Prepare monthly payroll for the company.
• Maintain accurate records for materials stored, outlets etc in respect of material receipt, stock transfers, closing inventory etc on timely basis
• Assists in budget preparation and controlling operational expenses
• Prepares settlements for employees going for vacation and final exit using NHRP system.
