 Managed EPCM Lump sum turnery Projects (Pre-award & Post-award) ranging from SAR 5M to SAR 214M, through their Life Cycle (initiation to close out).
 Prepared Bid Package, attending pre/post bid clarifications/queries, evaluation of Technical Proposal and Contract award recommendation.
 Worked with the team on development of Scope of Work and Technical Specification for U/G & OHTL as well as communication projects.
 Prepared detailed project cost estimates including engineering, manpower, material, and construction.
 Assisted in the preparation of Detail design of overhead transmission line as well as underground cable projects from 11 kV to 230 kV. Also, conducted feasibility and planning studies.
 Worked on acquiring the Right of Way (ROW) for the projects and interfaced with permitting agencies and regulatory bodies (different ministries, Saudi Aramco etc.) for their approval.
