* Study and check design drawings, review specifications and other
documentation of projects under tender to prepare cost, materials and
labor estimates.
* Preparation of materials and equipment take-offs (BOQ) from tender
drawings that includes following discipline e.g. MV & LV Power cable laying,
cable termination and joint, street lighting, Package substations, RMUs, MV
Switchgear, LV Panels, Excavations and other related works.
* Accurate Quantity takes off for electrical services as per contract and site
requirement.

* Follow up and ensure that the installation, inspection and testing of all the
Electrical services and work implemented meets the specification and the
client requirements. And verify that works according standard.
* Liaise with local authorities for the approval of Electrical services.
Responsibilities:
* Follow up and ensure the Electrical work carried out as it putts within the
time frame and progress of the approved mentainance program.
* Follow up and ensure that the installation, inspection and testing of all the
Electrical services and work implemented meets the specification and the
client requirements. And verify that works according standard.
* Decide on day to day work that needs to be carried out by subordinates
including: Scheduling of activities, assigning task to groups or individuals,
accuracy of work conducted, supplying resources and dealing with
operation issues and problems.
* Materials coordination and spare parts procurement.
* Perform and coordinate periodic maintenance and preventive maintenance.
* Familiar with Electrical Systems
* Specifications for Electrical Wiring Accessories & Components ( Switches &
Sockets, Disconnect Switch, Wires & Cables and Installation Methods, Circuit
Breaker, Switchgears, Panel Boards, RCD, Capacitor Bank, Transformer,
