• Identifying and troubleshooting problems that affect end user devices.
• Handling Outlook email related applications
• Troubleshooting Corporate connectivity issues
• Helping the users with Fixing wireless and Internet Explorer issues
• Troubleshooting software downloading issues from Software center
• Fixing the issues related to Bit locker
• Resetting the passwords for the different applications
• Handling Printer configuration issues
• Handling Shared drive issues
• Helping the users with level 1 related issues
• Installation, Troubleshooting and Maintenance of various make desktops and all computer peripherals.
• Trouble shooting of Office connectivity issues
• Provide troubleshooting and configuration support for client desktop and networking environment.
• Knowledge in installing, configuring and troubleshooting on Windows 2008 server, Win XP, Win 7 & Win 8.
• Installing and configuring Windows server 2008 Active Directories.
• Implementing DHCP.
