• Designing, fabrication and erection of various cross-section of fire rated water pipe lines, installation of pump and their control panels.
• Evaluation and inspection of project to ensure standards and requirements are met according to work order.
• Checks the alignment of pump on foundation with spirit level, water level etc.
• Performance of the pump were prepared by calculating power gained by fluid, efficiency and hydraulic losses like frictional and re-circulation losses.
• Inspecting the weld fit up and joints prior to root pass and visual inspection of final weld conducting penetrate test to weld joints.
• All the valves, strainer, sprinklers and other fire rated accessories and panels were installed according to design, after careful commission.
• 10% joints were radiographed and hydrotest were performed .
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force
• Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site
• Ensure all the Electrical and Mechanical equipment for the hot work are in good condition and posses no threat, before starting work.
• Report making, including detailed list of procurement items like water line pipes, sprinklers, pressure regulating valves, nozzle valves, fire reeling hose, alarms and lights.
• All the installation were carried out according to the work order and with proper safter measures.
• After the installation, PDP, NPDP and TPL were calculated.
• Smooth bore master stream Nozzle were used with 80psi.
• GPM were calculated.
• Disposal of dismantle components to scrap yard.
• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.
