Develops and maintains a detailed project schedule which includes administrative tasks and all sites involved in the project.
Responsible to track project changes and produces updated site based schedule as agreed with Subcontractors and project management.
Performs the works as per designed approved by both contractors and clients without delays.
Conducts periodic inspection and site auditing regarding site development & safety issues.
Preparing Bldg. permits as per required in the contract.
Attending clients’ invitation for bidding.
CONTRACTS HANDLED
A. UNDERGROUND CABLE LAYING WORKS FOR CONTRACT No. GTC 328 - 2010 of KHARAMAA " 11KV REINFORCEMENT WORKS"
Checking the site location before implementing the works and making the suitable provisions required as per site condition.
Study and execute work as per scheme/plan drawing without any mistake.
Responsible to the safety required in the site and preparing all site permits required as per Qatar government standard such as Baladiya permit, Police permit, Road opening permits, QP (Qatar petroleum) required permit etc.,
Arranging and managing required daily manpower for all site works to complete CWR (Call of Work Request) with any delay.
Attending Shutdown and coordinating with Kahramaa Site Engineer; this will include meggering and making the Hi-Pot test before commissioning the circuit.
B. HORIZONTAL DIRECTIONAL DRILLING WORKS for CONTRACT No. GTC 328 - 2010 of KHARAMAA " 11KV REINFORCEMENT WORKS"
PTW (permit to work) holder and certified work site supervisor under QP (Qatar Petroleum - Mesaieed Fields).
PTW (permit to work) holder and certified work site supervisor under QP (Qatar Petroleum - Dukhan Fields).
Over all in charge in Qatar Petroleum works such as Cable laying under QP ( QatarPetroleum ) areas and Coordinating and Arranging the necessary Documents, Permits, Drawings, and Training for the execution of Horizontal Drilling Works.

Carries out action to improve productivity and yield.
Responsible with the daily monitoring of process and equipment
Sustaining corrective action at the line.
Perform program installation for machine flexibility.
Perform engineering evaluation, design of experiment and related studies for quality assurance.
Perform daily line audit, checking and reporting of machine abnormalities.
Generates work instruction, work procedures, one point lesson, and response flow checksheet essential for process improvement.
Conducts Design Review for Certification of machine for capacity expansion.
BUMP FORMATION Process
Duties and Responsibilities:
Carries out action to maintain high volume production.
Supervise and monitor man power needed in the line.
Conducts line audit and sustaining corrective action in the line.
Develops line improvement and maintain safety first in the line.
Coordinate with the other process for strategic attack for productivity in the line.
Maintain all machine is in good condition and calibrated.
Reports and coordinate with facilities for machine abnormality.
Immediately reports all abnormality in the line to immediate superior.
Making complete comprehensive electrical design/drawings.
Prepares preliminary and final drawings of electrical projects(buildings, structures, systems equipment)
For which the design characteristic are presented or standardized, and previous drawings of similar project is available.
Arrange views in logical sequence, and prepares and correlates drawings.
Assist and coordinate with project engineer.
