*Interpretation of the contracts scope of work and billing with a clear understanding with the clients.
*Preparation of yearly budget of the Division.
*Handling all the projects of the Division.
*Preparation and submitting of accurate Monthly Performance Report coming from site.
*Preparation of correct and accurate Project Review Report on a monthly basis to be presented in the management.
*Preparation and checking of Monthly Valuation Report to be submitted to the client for approval prior for invoicing.
*Cost Analysis of projects handled specially projects that have negative or low profit for the month.
*Assisting of all the coordinators that our division has with regards to their problems with our ERP system, invoicing and reporting problems.
*Tracking of all the invoices in the system whether it is paid or not and follow up with the concern person.
*Tracking of all the cost booked in all the projects.
*Preparation of three months look ahead and forecast for each project to see whether the project will gain / loss profit.
*Estimates the cost of the project.
*Proper documentation/filing of all our files and report for future reference from the management.
*Has an in depth knowledge in our ERP System (Oracle based JDEdwards).
*Preparation of Insurance of our projects.
*Preparation of Budget in the required format including the Manpower and Equipment that is required in finishing the Project.
*Preparation of payment certificate to be paid for subcontractors services.
*Preparation of committed cost monthly.
*Helps IMT in the new program that they were adding in our ERP system with regards to billing and invoicing.
