• Assists the QA/QC Manager - consolidating and implementing the Company’s Project Quality Plan.
• Monitor the daily allocated works of QC Inspectors & Engineers under my supervision,
• Check and confirm that the site installation and testing activities on the projects are being carried out based on the approved shop drawings and related standards and specifications.
• Ensure and assist Site Team for implementing the Method Statement, Checklist and ITPs in line with Quality standards. Site Requirements and Project Specifications.
• Responsible for multiple Site Inspections and audits, ensuring QA/QC aspects are taken care of during execution of the project in compliance with the approved shop drawings and specifications.
• Resolving Quality issues and reviews drawings to ensure proper work execution at site.
• Closing out of Non-Conformance Reports, Site Observation Reports and conducts internal audit.
• Generate Inspection Requests and liaise with the Consultants / Client Representative for the inspections, follow-up of Operation and Maintenance Manuals (O&M Manual) approvals.
• Regularly checks and monitor site works and visually inspects installed materials as per the approved material Submittals.
• Conducts Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), and witness Site Acceptance Test (SAT) with the Client Representative or Third Party.
• Ensure all works are completed on time to the specified quality, inspected and accepted by the Consultant / Client Representative.
