It is mostly like customer service. As a waiter, we greet and serve our customers enthusiastically. Providing them what they need and we promote to them which is our best seller specially to those who don't know yet about our product.
Our main goal is to provide our customers the best fries. Second is to reach our target sale given by our company management. And to reach that target sale, we promote our fries by giving samples to all customers.
In this company, my job is flexible. Capturing photos. editing and printing and at the same time I act as a sales clerk. We sell picture frames and camera batteries. Customer service is always there too. We need to reach what our customers want about editing their pictures and how many copies or how big is the size of the photos do they need to be printed.
Our main goal is to provide the best quality of photos. Reaching our target sale is our second goal.
I was trained as an office worker and I was assigned in Loans Department. My job is to enter clients' information in the system whether it is an application to loan or deposit and printing it to have a copy for Accounting Department. Organizing files by type of application, by date and alphabetically ordered. I provide technical assistance if there is a new software or hardware to be installed. Troubleshooting errors and updates from the system.
I received 1 year of TESDA scholarship program during my second year in college.
