• Attend morning filed safety briefing at work locations and ensure site safety plan was covered
• Watches out for the safety of all workers and works to protect them from entering hazardous situations
• Inspect all motorized equipments checklist and ensure that periodic updates are kept as required

• Develop and establish safety plans for each particular project
• Develop and establish safety manuals that matches with company policies in line with industry standard
• Conduct a regular site inspection to ensure hazard-free environment
• To train and carry out drills and exercises on how to manage emergency situations
• Conducts investigations of all accidents, incidents and near-misses
• Watches out for the safety of all workers and works to protect them from engaging in hazardous and unsafe situations
• Validate all powered tools, by verifying all tools and equipment are adequate and safe to use
• Reports to concern local authorities as requested or mandated by regulations
• Conduct toolbox meetings and attend site project meetings
• Evaluate all level of compliance of subcontractors to the project specific health and safety plan and client specification through inspection and audits

• Prepare and deliver Risk Assessment Method Statement (RAMS) to our clients/contractors.
• Secure heat stress management arrangements during hot weather and perform periodic inspections.
• Assure work platforms are safe to use and meet site requirements related to working at heights, access, egress and platforms.
• Ensure proper Industrial safety procedures are followed in accordance with the contract and appropriate Federal, State, and local regulations, rules and procedures.
• Prepare written reports which are clear, concise and meaningful for all ground safety environment.
• Develop required report, conduct briefings, safety training and when directed, conduct quarterly/semiannual/annual safety stand down meetings.
