•Deployment, upgrade and support for Cisco collaboration solution.
•Deployment and support of Cisco Telepresence solution i.e. Cisco Meeting Server, Telepresence Server, Cisco Telepresence Management Suite, Telepresence endpoints (SX, MX, DX series).
•Deployment and support of Cisco Webex Meeting Server.
•Deployment and support of Cisco voice gateways for analog Telephony system.
•Installation, Configuration and maintenance of CUCM, CUC, UCCX, IMP.
•Installation, Configuration and maintenance Cisco Expressway series.
•Configuration Cisco Jabber for windows, iPhone, Android solution from inside and outside of Enterprise Network.
•Configuring and maintenance Business to Business (B2B) and Mobile remote access (MRA).
•Planning & implementing dial plan.
•Troubleshooting ISDN PRI, SIP trunks.
•Work with Cisco TAC for technical support or troubleshooting complex issues.
