Duties and responsibilities :
Responsible of managing the Pre-sales team and estimating the BOQ of all the Projects.
Designing the systems related to all ELV systems including projects for commercial and residential towers on the client’s requirements and as per their budgets.
Technical support for sales engineers to minimize the cost with best design.
Approving systems with the consultants and specifying new systems.
Monitoring and controlling the company budget based on projects and income.
Training for all Sales team to guarantee the maximum effort can be achieved by each personel.
Assisted in preparation of budget plan, sales forecast, sales strategies, future plans for the company to keep stability on the company.
Monitored the execution of the projects to assure the ideal case of installation for best results.
Controlling the expenses of projects to avoid any loss during the project execution.
Coordinating with the finance and logistics department to prepare billing of the documents
To manage & schedule of delivering items, follow up with the clients to confirm with point of successful delivered items.
Compiled the cost of the subcontractors and all the indirect cost that occurred in the project. Ensured that the work was done within the estimate by consulting with the site engineers regularly.
Assisted in Job Recruiting, Operations and project management to maintain team work.
Attend Industry functions such as Technical sales meetings, presentations, and client & consultant meetings for Technical Clarifications.
Present to and consult with Partners/Agents and senior level management on trends with a view to developing new products, services and distribution channels.
Design and implement short- and long-term strategic plans to ensure infrastructure capacity meets existing and future requirements.

• Managed the commercial projects and ensured that the estimate provided was effective. Timely and accurate completion of tender questionnaires.

• Compliance Verification and BOQ & BOS preparation and the technical submittals.

• Successful registration of vendor companies & pre qualification with the good knowledge of multi-vendors of low current systems.
• Effective communication with existing and potential customers. Prompt action of technical sales leads as directed by the Commercial manager/General Manager.
• Assisted the accounts department and logistics team to prepare the billing documents.
• Responsible for portfolio of clients in the sense of new business, maintaining a close relationship technical / commercial sectors with the shopping and end-user.
• Responsible to provide sale/technical support in order to achieve the required market share of the company while staying within the expenses budget.
• Attend industry functions, such as events, minutes of meeting and seminars, and provide feedback and information on research and creative trends.
